A defined process, applied to each requirement.
Iberlane's process is deliberately simple: understand what's needed, find who can meet it, confirm real interest on both sides, then introduce. The detail below is what happens between those steps.
From requirement to introduction
-
01 Requirement
-
02 Research
-
03 Shortlist
-
04 Qualification
-
05 Introduction
Iberlane starts from your sourcing brief, researches manufacturers or suppliers capable of meeting it, builds a short list, validates that each one is genuinely able and willing to engage, and then makes the introduction.
From opportunity to buyer introduction
-
01 Opportunity
-
02 Supplier fit
-
03 Qualification
-
04 Agreement to proceed
-
05 Introduction
Iberlane starts from a specific commercial opportunity, assesses whether a supplier is a genuine fit for it, qualifies that interest, agrees introduction terms, and then introduces the buyer.
Terms are agreed before details are disclosed
Where commercial terms apply to an introduction, these are agreed before confidential counterparty details are shared.
How Iberlane handles confidential opportunities
To protect active commercial opportunities, counterparties may initially be described on a non-identifying basis — for example, by sector, geography and scale rather than by name. Full details are shared once mutual relevance and engagement terms have been confirmed. This is normal commercial practice, not a special arrangement, and it applies equally whether you are the buyer or the supplier side of an opportunity.
